Feasibility, Planning, Design, Project Management and Contract Administration associated with the refurbishment of a dilapidated 4-class modular building.
Prior to our involvement the quad building at Midhurst Primary School was old, dilapidated and disused. We helped the School achieve their vision for the building by providing a feasibility report and budget costing’s which enabled funding targets to be set.
Later we obtained planning permission and undertook full design, tendering and contract administration for wholesale refurbishment of the building including new windows, doors, insulation, cladding, roof covering, floor finishes, toilets and lighting. New turfed and rubberised EDPM play areas were also formed along with new fencing and pathways.
Previously derelict, the building is now used on a daily basis and has even opened up an alternative revenue streams through out of hours lettings.
