Philips Surveyors developed a scheme from Feasibility through to Completion to include all aspects of Planning, Building Control, Specification and Tendering including Project Management.
The scheme was undertaken in three phases to include other buildings within the estate and involved close liaison with our client to meet their needs, budget and timeline.
