Preparation and submission of successful EFA CIF bid leading to full design and project management services.Following the successful window and door CIF bid Philips Surveyors were appointed by Worthing High School to assist with their new CIF bid to obtain funding for replacement of their ageing 1960’s STEM block with a new state of the art 6 lab facility.
The application required preparation of extensive supporting information in order to meet the EFA guidelines. This included preparing an independent building condition report, applying for and obtaining planning permission, preparing a cost plan, preparing a feasibility study and obtaining two-stage tenders.
We then assisted the School with the online CIF application prior to formal submission of the bid. Following the successful outcome, we worked closely with the School, providing a full range of consultancy services.
