Description: We were engaged by the London Borough of Croydon to deliver a project involving the complete internal and external refurbishment of Norbury Library. Services included the preparation of initial feasibility proposals and cost planning, followed by detailed design, tendering, project management, and contract administration necessary to oversee and deliver the works. Our design included the provision of a new passenger lift and other accessibility features, such as ramps and a Doc M toilet, alongside broader works including full reroofing, internal alterations, replacement of glazing, and the replacement of MEP services.
