Description: Philips Surveyors LLP successfully secured £825k in CIF funding on behalf of Solent Junior School necessary to undertake essential flat and pitched reroofing works across the majority of the school building. Following approval of funding, we took charge of coordinating the pre-contract stages of the project and managed the works through to completion. In addition to providing CIF bid assistance, our roles encompassed Lead Designer, Project Manager, Contract Administrator, and CDM Principal Designer.
