Description: Our client engaged us to provide a comprehensive range of professional services spanning two phases of work. In addition to cost planning and budgetary advice, we undertook tasks such as planning, detailed design, obtaining competitive tenders, contract administration, on-site work management, and CDM Principal Designer services. Phase 1 encompassed a complete refurbishment of the main house, involving reroofing, recladding, full internal refurbishment, extension, and external landscaping. This was followed by Phase 2, which involved constructing a new swimming pool and pool house alongside refurbishing an existing stable block. Beyond building and refurbishment, we also oversaw and coordinated the design and installation of a new GSHP heating system.
